Responsibilities:

1，responsible for customer complaints (including returns) , organize related departments to analyze the causes of customer complaints and returned products, make corrective measures to ensure the problem closed loop；

2，Responsible for establishing, revising and improving inspection documents to ensure the accuracy and Operability of documents and compliance with process documents. Quality Information Collection and classification, and summarized to form a typical quality training materials and archiving；

3，be responsible for product identification and testing, including product screening and preparation of related materials；

4，be responsible for analysis of organizational failures and defects, implementation and validation of corrective action plans；

5, responsible for tracking the results of non-conformance, supervise and do a good job of non-conformance identification, isolation and record；

Requirements:

1，college degree or above, microelectronics, materials, chemistry and other related majors；

2， have more than 5 years experience in quality work；

3，be familiar with the establishment and operation of National Military Standard Quality System；
